About Heaven Bound Music Marketing

Two Artists Searching for Something More
Heaven Bound Music Marketing began long before the agency existed. It started with two artists, each navigating their own challenges in an industry that often leaves musicians confused, overlooked, or misled.
Kolbe spent years inside the Christian music world, writing songs, creating content, and doing everything he could to grow as an independent musician. Even with all his consistency and dedication, he struggled to reach the people who truly needed his message. This frustration pushed him to study marketing in depth during college and gain real-world experience working with other agencies. Over time, he built a strong foundation in digital media, branding, and conversion strategy, eventually managing real campaigns for his own clients and learning what actually creates momentum for faith-based musicians.
Kendrick’s path took him through the opposite side of the industry. As a secular artist, he invested more than $100,000 in agencies that promised results but failed to deliver. Determined to do better, he created his own secular-focused marketing agency, which became successful, but ultimately left him spiritually empty. It was a world filled with clout and pressure, but no purpose. Everything changed when he had a life-transforming encounter with Christ. He shut down his agency, removed all of his secular music, and stepped away from the identity he once built. He knew God was calling him to create something different.

Two Journeys Collide
When Kolbe and Kendrick eventually connected, their stories revealed a powerful alignment. One had mastered the strategy. The other had lived the struggle. Both had seen firsthand how artists were being misled, overwhelmed, or left without the support they needed.
Kolbe understood what it meant to be a Christian artist doing everything right yet feeling unseen.
Kendrick understood what it meant to pour money and trust into the wrong hands.
Together, they recognized a gap in the Christian music space: there was no place where faith, genuine care, and modern marketing expertise existed together in a meaningful way.
That realization became the spark behind Heaven Bound.

The Moment Heaven Bound Took Shape
Heaven Bound was not built to be another marketing company. It was built to become the agency both founders wished existed when they were artists. A place where Christian musicians could finally find clarity, direction, honesty, and real strategy. A place where faith was at the center instead of an afterthought.
From the beginning, the mission was simple. Treat every artist like a partner. Build everything with integrity. Communicate openly. Pray with clients. Produce work with excellence. And never offer shortcuts or empty promises.
Their combined experiences shaped an agency where every project is intentional, every campaign is tailored, and every artist is guided with the same care the founders once needed themselves.

What We Believe Makes the Difference
At Heaven Bound, everything is built on relationship, clarity, and purpose. The agency blends technical expertise with a personal, faith-centered approach that makes the work feel more like partnership than service.
Artists who come to Heaven Bound receive support that goes beyond analytics and strategy. They gain guidance, encouragement, spiritual support, and a team committed to helping them grow in their calling. Because Kolbe and Kendrick have lived the emotional, financial, and spiritual struggles of being independent artists, they approach every campaign with empathy, honesty, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way.
The goal is not to chase empty numbers. It is to help Christian artists reach people who genuinely need the hope in their music.

Why We Do What We Do
Heaven Bound exists to elevate the voices God is raising up in this generation. The agency helps artists grow not just in reach, but in confidence, clarity, and impact. Through modern marketing and faith-driven purpose, Heaven Bound equips musicians to share their message with the world in a way that is sustainable, authentic, and aligned with their calling.
If you are a Christian artist seeking a team that understands your mission and wants to walk beside you; Kendrick, Kolbe and their team would be honored to partner with you. Together, we can build something that lasts, one song at a time.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing is more than an agency; it’s a movement to elevate God’s message through modern music. We equip artists to reach nations and spread the love of Christ through every stream by combining faith-centered purpose with modern marketing excellence.

Kolbe Ballard - Founder
Kolbe Ballard’s love for music began at age 12 with piano composition and quickly expanded into producing and recording his own songs. Over the years, he has developed a hands-on approach, playing, recording, and mixing every part himself to create raw, unique, and authentic music. Early in his career, Kolbe experimented with different styles, moving from EDM to hip-hop before finding his current sound, which emphasizes organic and honest recordings. His foundation in music marketing was built through years of hands-on work with multiple agencies and mentors. Earning a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and digital media strengthened that foundation. He then watched effective strategies grow his own music and later applied those same principles while supporting Christian independent artists with his prior faith-based marketing agency. Through this experience, he discovered how to guide Christian artists in building sustainable careers, connecting with real fans, and expanding their streams without compromising their message. Today, with Heaven Bound Music Marketing, Kolbe dedicates himself to helping artists navigate the challenges of the industry, providing the guidance, systems, and support they need to grow their music and their audience while staying rooted in faith.

Kendrick Henson - Founder
Kendrick Henson, who performs under the artist name 4KL, is an experienced hip hop and rap artist with millions of streams and over five years of experience in the music industry. Early in his career, he faced costly setbacks and struggled with ineffective marketing strategies that slowed his growth. Frustrated by unreliable agencies and trial-and-error approaches, Kendrick decided to take control of his own success. He spent countless hours studying digital marketing, learning what truly worked for independent artists, and refining a strategy that could grow both streams and fan engagement. Through this process, he not only transformed his own career but also discovered a passion for helping others avoid the same obstacles. Today, 4KL is fully committed to his journey as a Christian rapper, producing viral content and performing at venues across the country. This focus fuels the mission of Heaven Bound Music Marketing, where Kendrick empowers independent artists with the tools, strategies, and guidance they need to grow their fan base, increase streams, and build sustainable, impactful careers in the competitive music industry.

Pace Friedman - Marketing/Content Specialist
Pace Friedman is a young entrepreneur whose journey in the music industry began long before he ever stepped into the world of digital marketing. Growing up in a music-centered environment, he developed an early understanding of how artists think, how fans connect, and what truly drives a career forward. That foundation later fueled his passion for helping musicians succeed in an industry that often feels impossible to navigate. Before joining Heaven Bound Music Marketing, Pace built his reputation in the broader secular music space, working behind the scenes with major rock, metal, and rap artists. He spent years learning from, and collaborating with, some of the biggest names in the industry, gaining firsthand experience inside high-level creative rooms and fast-paced marketing operations. But as he continued to rise, the disconnect between his faith and the work he was doing became harder to ignore. Feeling the weight of building campaigns that didn’t align with his values, Pace made the decision to fully follow Christ and dedicate his skillset to something greater. He shifted away from secular music and committed himself to using his marketing expertise to amplify music that glorifies God. Today, Pace plays a key role at Heaven Bound Music Marketing, helping lead digital strategy, content systems, and high-performing ad operations that drive real growth for Christian artists. Through his work, Pace remains committed to empowering artists with the tools, clarity, and direction they need to build meaningful, sustainable careers that uplift and honor God.

FAQs
What sets Heaven Bound apart as a Christian music marketing agency?
We don’t promote worldly or secular music. Our goal is to uplift hearts and minds through the Kingdom of Christ and music. Music is powerful, and we view it as a tool for discipleship and testimony. Working with other artists in faith creates a closeness and trust that’s rare in the industry. We know the Christian music scene and how to navigate it successfully. Our experience allows us to help faith-based artists grow their platform while staying true to their mission.
Is Heaven Bound Music Marketing legit?
The music industry is full of scammers, and we completely understand being hesitant to trust anyone. That’s why we’re very open about who we are and what we do. Our results speak for themselves, and our founders have shared their story publicly. You can even connect with us directly. Just look at the testimonies on our page, we’ve built a strong track record helping Christian artists grow their fan bases, and we take pride in being transparent every step of the way.
How long does it take for a campaign to get started?
Once you hop on a call with us, the campaign itself usually takes about one to two days to complete. In rare cases, it might take up to three days depending on how long it takes you to provide the assets we need to put together your videos. Honestly, gathering those assets is usually the longest part. Once we have everything, we’ve done this enough times to get your campaign running quickly and smoothly.
Do all submissions get approved?
Not all songs are approved. We only take projects we believe we can effectively promote. We’re not magicians, we work with quality music that has potential. Sometimes artists don’t have their music out on all platforms, or their social media pages need work. In some cases, we’ll help them get started. But if your production quality isn’t fully there or your music isn’t available everywhere, we might not be able to take it on.
How long will my campaign run?
We suggest a minimum three-month commitment. It takes about one month to see algorithmic results on Spotify, and the following two months help ensure growth continues consistently after your campaign ends. The goal is to set you up for long-term success, not just temporary spikes in streams or engagement.
Where and how do my ads run?
All ads run through our own native Meta (Facebook) ads platform. Our pixel has been warmed up with tens of thousands of dollars specifically for Christian music marketing, giving low-cost, high-impact results. Ads are run on your social media platforms, bringing engagement and streams directly to your profiles. Everything is white-labeled, and all results are sent straight to your accounts. We just need access to your social media platforms to get started.
