Any specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, or service details will be outlined separately through a proposal, invoice, agreement, checkout page, written communication, or other official service document.
In some cases, clients may enter into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement with Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC.
If a separate written agreement is provided, that agreement may include additional terms specific to the service being purchased. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a separate signed agreement, the separate signed agreement will control for that specific service.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, metric, performance level, success rate, financial return, career result, platform result, or campaign result.
This includes, but is not limited to, streams, followers, engagement, revenue, sales, bookings, playlist placements, views, clicks, conversions, fan growth, social media growth, platform growth, brand opportunities, press opportunities, algorithmic performance, or any other measurable result.
Marketing performance can be affected by many factors outside of our control, including audience response, music quality, content quality, creative assets, budget, market demand, timing, platform algorithms, ad platform behavior, artist participation, account history, competition, and overall brand presentation.
While Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC provides professional strategy, marketing support, and campaign services, all results vary. By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that no results are promised, guaranteed, or assured in any way.
All pricing will be communicated at the time of purchase, through an invoice, checkout page, proposal, agreement, or written communication from Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC.
Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise stated in writing. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC reserves the right to change pricing, offers, packages, and service availability at any time. Pricing changes do not apply retroactively to services already purchased unless otherwise stated in writing.
All payments made to Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC are final.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not offer refunds for any service, package, campaign, consultation, strategy, creative work, marketing support, advertising support, setup work, or any other service provided by the company.
Once a payment is made, the service process begins. This may include planning, administrative work, internal coordination, backend preparation, strategy development, account review, scheduling, research, setup, communication, or other work required to begin fulfilling the service.
For this reason, no refunds will be provided once payment has been made, regardless of whether the service has been fully implemented, partially implemented, delayed, paused, canceled by the client, or not yet launched.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and not refundable.
By purchasing from Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC, you agree not to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for services that were purchased, started, prepared, delivered, partially delivered, or made available to you.
If you have a question, concern, billing issue, or service related issue, you agree to contact Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC first so we can review the matter and provide support where appropriate.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel your agreement with Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC or remove any outstanding payment obligations.
Unless specifically stated in writing, advertising spend, software fees, platform fees, domain costs, hosting costs, email or SMS costs, design costs, licensing fees, payment processor fees, and any other third party expenses are separate from Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC service fees.
Clients are responsible for any third party costs required to complete or support the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC is not responsible for increases, changes, billing issues, technical issues, or policy changes from third party platforms, vendors, payment processors, software providers, or advertising platforms.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested materials, required access, approvals, feedback, content, music links, account access, images, videos, login details, brand materials, and any other information needed to complete the service.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving any materials, campaigns, claims, links, offers, content, copy, creative assets, and public facing materials before they are published, submitted, launched, or used.
Delays caused by missing materials, lack of communication, delayed approvals, unavailable access, incorrect information, platform issues, or client side issues do not qualify for a refund.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC is not responsible for delays, performance issues, or missed opportunities caused by the client's failure to provide what is needed in a timely manner.
Any timelines, launch dates, delivery dates, or estimated completion dates provided by Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Timelines may be affected by client response time, missing materials, platform reviews, technical issues, account restrictions, advertising platform delays, payment delays, third party service issues, or changes in project scope.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and support clients throughout the service process, but we do not guarantee exact completion dates unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Many of our services may involve third party platforms, including but not limited to advertising platforms, social media platforms, streaming platforms, email platforms, SMS platforms, website platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, and software providers.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not own or control these third party platforms and is not responsible for their decisions, outages, delays, restrictions, rejected ads, account suspensions, algorithm changes, policy updates, tracking errors, reporting issues, payment issues, or technical problems.
You acknowledge that third party platform performance and availability may affect the results, timing, or delivery of certain services.
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, platform policies, advertising rules, copyright rules, trademark rules, music distribution rules, privacy laws, and any other regulations related to their content, music, business, offers, or campaigns.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, or stop any service request that may violate platform policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, company values, or the rights of another person or business.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any music, images, videos, logos, artwork, names, testimonials, claims, written materials, links, websites, offers, and other content provided to Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC are accurate, lawful, properly licensed, and authorized for use.
By providing materials to Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC, you represent that you have the legal right to use those materials and allow us to use them for the purpose of providing services.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC is not responsible for copyright claims, trademark claims, ownership disputes, licensing issues, false claims, inaccurate information, or legal issues related to materials provided by the client.
All website content, branding, text, graphics, designs, systems, processes, strategies, frameworks, templates, documents, training materials, internal methods, and other materials created or owned by Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC remain the intellectual property of Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own music, artist name, images, likeness, logos, artwork, videos, and other materials they provide to Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, final deliverables created specifically for a client may be used by the client after full payment has been received. However, Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC retains ownership of its internal systems, methods, strategies, templates, processes, and business materials used to create or support those deliverables.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or use Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC materials, systems, strategies, templates, or content without written permission.
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC may collect, review, analyze, and use campaign data, ad data, performance data, audience data, reports, screenshots, insights, and related information to provide services, improve campaigns, create reports, train internal systems, improve internal processes, and support future strategy.
