At Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC, we provide professional marketing services, strategy, campaign support, creative direction, and related services for artists and music professionals. Every client engagement requires time, planning, preparation, internal coordination, backend setup, and resources that begin once payment is made.
Because of the custom nature of our work and the resources committed at the start of every service, all payments made to Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC are final and non-refundable.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, payments, packages, services, and agreements with Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC.
No Guarantees
Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not guarantee any specific result or outcome from any service, campaign, strategy, consultation, promotion, or marketing effort.
This includes, but is not limited to, any guarantee of streams, followers, engagement, revenue, sales, bookings, playlist placements, fan growth, platform growth, social media growth, conversions, exposure, or any other measurable result.
Marketing performance can be affected by many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, audience response, platform algorithms, content quality, artist participation, timing, budget, and the overall quality and appeal of the music or offer being promoted.
While we are committed to providing professional services, thoughtful strategy, and dedicated support, results are not promised, guaranteed, or assured in any way.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
Once a payment is made, the service process begins. This may include planning, strategy development, administrative work, backend preparation, account review, internal coordination, scheduling, research, setup, and other work necessary to begin fulfilling the service.
For this reason, Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstance once payment has been made.
This applies regardless of whether the service has been fully implemented, partially implemented, delayed, paused, canceled by the client, or not yet launched.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested materials, necessary access, approvals, feedback, and communication in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, delayed approvals, unavailable materials, incorrect information, or other client-side issues do not qualify for a refund.

Although Heaven Bound Music Marketing LLC does not offer refunds or guarantee specific results, we are committed to helping our clients receive support and guidance throughout the service process.
